Is it possible to external export directly the mixed program from vMix8 or vMix2012 through HDMI output from my ASUS M4A88TM motherboard which has inbuilt HDMI output(without decklink card)?

I probably depends on the resolution you are working in. I had a similar board from Gigabyte (but a mini-atx version) and it had similar specs, but it could not handle HD. The program would become slow or unresponsive and had dropped frames. Specially any additional work like greenscreen, layers and titels or even mixing would "hang".
had to change to a newest Intel board and ATI card.....

Hi! I think that first you have to enable the second monitor over the hdmi output. With Windows you should be able to do this in the graphics properties of the desktop. When connected to a second monitor, Windows should automatically mirror your first screen. Extend the desktop on the second monitor Always in desktop properties. Enable in vMix the fullscreen on the second monitor (properties). Enable fullscreen in vMix (the button on top, just in the middle of the interface).
If the fullscreen goes on the first monitor, just close and re-open vMix.
I think that if connected to a full HD display, you should be able to extend a 1920x1080 signal. However check in the bios settings that HDMI port is enabled.
