Same audio for camera inputs but not for other video?

I have one question and problem:
Yesterday I was streaming live soccer game. I have BMD Intensity Pro and MiniRec like two camera inputs. I turn of automatic audio transition, mix, so second camera doesn't pull on main (master) its audio. Only first camera audio to be there even if the second one is live. So I turn off on audio menu the two arrows (orange and green) on both inputs of camera and it works. Only problem was when I put commercials on the audio from main (firs) camera was still there. I didn't turn off on commercial playback.

Is it able to put one (main) audio source (for example from first camera) only on two inputs where cameras are and switching between them to be one audio source but when play a another video (commercial) to be just audio from that commercial video?

Yes. Simply choose the same audio input when you are setting up the camera inputs and leave automatically mix audio on all inputs turned on. I have just tested that this will work.

Another option is to set-up a "Trigger" to turn the camera audio off when you play the video (there may be times when you want or need the audio from the second camera such as a field level interview or something).
