While experimenting with NDI in my lab, I've run into a problem I can't explain or get rid of.

Whenever I stream video from a specific laptop to vMix on desktop, the video is lagging and frames dropping every other second.
I can, even simultaneously, view the same feed smoothly on the same desktop using NewTek NDI Video Monitor.

No matter how I do it, ONLY video from the laptop to the desktop vMix shows this issue.
Even desktop capture or VLC/NDI stream from tablet over wifi to the desktop vMix is smooth and fine.

a Diagram might illustrate it better:

Network and CPU load never exceeds 30% load in any point.

Post Update:
Issue seems to also appear when capturing local desktop i.e. Monitor #4 while simultaneously NDI streaming from tablet is unaffected and smooth.

HW Specifications
Laptop:
- Lenovo T520, I7-2670QM @2,2Ghz, 16GB RAM, Nvidia NVS 4200
- vMix 17.0.0.76

Desktop:
- HP Z620, Dual E5-2620 @2Ghz, 48GB RAM, Geforce GTX970
- vMix 17.0.0.76

Tablet:
- Dell Venue 11 Pro 7130, I5-4300Y @1.6Ghz, 4GB RAM, Intel HD

Solution was simple.
An old, managed Netgear gigabit switch was not able to keep up with the low latency and many packages required by NDI.
Replacing the switch with an even older, but more simple gigabit switch solved all issues.
