Greetings. I am not sure I'm saying this right, but let me explain.

I created a video of upcoming events for a festival to play before the show starts, and in-between shows. The video plays fine in vMix, but I am getting no audio. I want to send the audio out to a mixer for it to play in the PA.

I can see I have sound playback on the master bus - but cannot in anyway get a separate audio output.

Any help appreciated.

How is an output on the PC connected to an input on the mixer? USB? Cabling?

I had two options. #1, using the built in computer sound card, or #2 using the firewire based ASIO audio device attached to the PC. Neither output worked when routed. But a strange thing....I cannot 100% bconfirm this because it was noticed in the middle of the gig - it seemed like I got an audio signal into the mixer when record was on...

So audio cables - not USB.

Go to settings then audio outputs then master output and make sure you sellect your sound card for your PC or USB card.
