Suddenly Audio Inputs not working

Hello!
I'm wondering if anyone has any idea how to troubleshoot/solve this? We have had no problems with our Vmix Go to date but today, suddenly neither of the 2 audio in jacks are working - or something internally has failed. We typically add audio as follows:
'Add Input' --> 'Audio Input' --> then from the menu select 'Microphone (2-USB Audio CODEC)'. Then whatever source we have plugged into 1 or Both of the XLR Audio Input jacks is added. However, no audio is coming in through this process. We do have embedded audio available via video being inputted via SDI but no external audio only inputs are working.
Any input would be appreciated.
