In addition, the company has announced that its Pro Capture PCIe 2.0 and USB capture devices are now compatible with NewTek’s open Network Device Interface (NDI)

Yes, Magewell is a supported capture card with 'NDI Connect' and 'NewTek Connect Pro'. You can user their PCIe cards or USB3 interfaces with this software.
I have one of their HDMI to USB3 devices myself and it works great.

Breaking news: I announce that my Blackmagic Design DeckLink Mini Recorders (PCIe & Thunderbolt, 3 years old) are compatible with NDI! ;-)

I've got one of the SDI to USB3 things coming tomorrow, what I'm really hoping is that somehow I can get the NDI working on an ARM device, something like this: http://www.hardkernel.co...php?g_code=G143452239825Then I will have a not too expensive sender for pulling in remote cameras over a decent outdoor WIFI link. I'll probably crash and burn but its worth a shot :)
