I use vMix Desktop Capture for NDI (i use 17.0.0.61) on MacBook Pro 2013.
It seems to send all audio from the Mac, includet the MBPs built in microphone. I have not found any way to change this.
Best regards Runar

Try: System Settings / Audio / Input and turn the input volume down on your mic.
Can't test here, but I assume that should work.

This didn't seem to work. When I turn down the input volume on the internal mic, it turns down all the volume(!). Very strange.
This was not a problem with earlier versions of Desktop Capture. It seems audio is handled very differently in the NDI-version.

vMix Desktop Capture NDI for Mac will capture the audio input device selected in the OSX preferences. In previous versions audio was not captured at all. You can also install soundflower to capture the desktop application audio: http://www.vmix.com/know...-desktop-capture-for-ndi

Ok.
Then I have a suggestion for future feature: That we can choose which audio Desktop Capture will capture: a) Audio in b) audio out c) capture the sound of the program you choose (since you do choose this already in vMix). d) No audio. - Or that I can turn down the audio input in the OSX settings without muting all the audio from other programs, though this solution seems a bit strange to me.
Audio capture is very handy for me when I am recording lectures and courses (eg if the lecturer is showing a video from his computer). When I have Skype-guests in studio, I route alle the audio through an external audio mixer, and do not capture audio.
