Doing some testing and noticed I started dropping frames. I've done a search and i'm not sure what this is a symptom of. Hardware? Software? Network? any suggestions?

Quick Specs:
i7 Quad CPU
Nvidia GPU
32gb RAM
CPU Utilization less than 50%
Upload Config 720p 1.5mb upload
Network Upload Max 6mb/s

Just a guess, but it might be your uplink speed that is insufficient, or the streaming server that is not keeping up.
Try lowering the streaming bitrate, and if possible from some other place/different uplink.
