Hi !
I'm looking for a laptop for one 720p stream and record via hdmi/usb3 (Magewell UBS-dongle). I was wondering if
these specs are enough ?
Windows 10 64-bit
Monitor: 15,6" resolution 1366 x 768
Processor: Intel Core i5-5200U (Broadwell, 2-core) 2,2 GHz.
Memory: 6 Gt DDR3L 1600 MHz
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5500
HD: 128 Gt SSD
connections: 1 x RJ-45, 1 x micro-HDMI, 1 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 3,5 mm audio-plug
Is 5400RPM hard drive too slow or could it work for recordings ?

If you already have the laptop, try it out and see if it can do the job on a repeatable basis.
However, if you haven't bought a laptop yet, then you may want to consider one with at least 8 GB of RAM, NVIDIA graphics, and a quad core processor that falls in your price range.

Also, in addition to SportsNetUSA.net's advice, I would consider a faster hard drive if possible, the 5400rpm via USB3 will likely work adequately provided the disk isn't fragmented and is not being used for anything else, but you run the risk of dropped frames if it can't keep up.

I picked up an Acer i5-5200 off CL to flip to a friend, and while I had my hands on it, I plugged up my cameras.
Borderline for two camera use...acceptable for a single one
My Prostar P150EM 3rd Gen i7/16GB/570GB 7200 drive runs about 60-70% (task manager view, vMix says about 20-25%), so I'd get an i& minimum, and if you can.

ensure your usb ports are on separate chipsets
