Can overlays only be applied to the Output screen? Is there any way to apply an overlay to an Input?

Essentially I'm looking to apply the same overlay simultaneously to Output 1 and Output 2 (1 set to display Output the other set to display Input 1).

Yes go to multieview (double click on the input and go to multiview)
