I have a black Magic Card Intensity Shuttle for USB 3.0, USB 3.0 capture and playback in HDMI and analog. . Once I got a good exit from the composite out. But now when i press the External outputs in vMix an error "Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))". Resolution for external out 720x576. PC system Windows 8.
Pleace help me.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using a Canon HF R600 via HDMI connected to an ASUS ROG with Windows 10
