If I change the Playback Speed (called so for Input right click, but called Rate in the API) there is a slight hickup. My guess it playback sort of restars when the first key frame is encountered. If so, better to allow it play to the key frame, and at that point the Speed/Rate is changed.

Also, I found when v12 was in beta that:

* SetRate shortcut which can be set to 1 for 100%, 1.5 for 150% etc, or it can be set to +=0.5 -=0.5 etc to increase/decrease the speed by 50% each time.
The +=, -= format will also be possible with SetPosition so you can jump backwards or forwards.

This seems to work (except for the hickup here too), but is not documented in the Help.
