I am getting intermittent connection with this device. Is there any help yet for this hardware? I just bought it and need to make it work. I am getting a signal into BM Media Express but only rarely does it come through to vmix even when settings appear to be correct.

BM products are very picky about the MB and the USB controllers. That may be part of your issue. Also make certain that you have the latest drivers for the Shuttle. You will find them on the BM Support site.

In order for us to help, you need to include much more info about the symptoms in your request including resolution and frame rate settings etc. Screen shots are always useful.

You should read reviews before buying this. I red many of negative reviews for this product and didn't wanna buy it. It has some bugs with MB's, compatibillity problems, issues etc
