Hello, I have a problem with loading images in VMix. All edges on the image are not smooth, they have some sort of stripes on it. If I look at the image in Photoshop and windows explorer it looks perfectly normal and clear. The video in vmix is set to 1920x1080 25p The image is 72dpi 1920x1080 in PNG 24bit format. Nothing is interlaced, but I tryed to make the image deinterlace in Vmix (did not help at all). I have attached an image showing the problem in vmix (left image is normal, as it should be, right image is from vmix) marin attached the following image(s): vmix_problem.png (84kb) downloaded 14 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Looks like it may be being re-sampled, are you re-sizing the image at all in vmix or using it natively?

Do you just mean that's how it looks in the application program monitor? Because that IS being re-sampled and to save overhead its being done using a low quality setting, the image you sent when I put up in my full screen output does not suffer that issue and looks as perfect as the original.

I composited a side by side comparison. The left is a capture taken from Elgato via HDMI and exported in 4:4:4 at 100% where the HDMI was set as my program output in VMix. the right is the same area taken from the original PNG you sent me. Granted my eyes suck, but I cannot see a difference. There has to be some re-sampling or a project resolution that is out of match somewhere in the workflow. Project 1080p/29.97 PNG as original Input at original res with sharpen and de-interlace both disabled. HDMI Output 1 ,atches project at 1080p/29.97 Capture Elgato HD quick screen grab and exporting as JPG at 4:4:4 100% quality. jhebbel attached the following image(s): cropped.jpg (234kb) downloaded 4 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Hello,
The problem was on the hardware part of the system. After changing the TV display we used to monitor the stream, everything was back OK. Thanks for the help.
