I have just got Vmix running the way I want and reliably. Had a lot of issues with the BM intensity drivers and still have some black frames (no dropped frames).

My question now is: shoudl I upgrade to windows 8 (which is more tuned to USB 3.0 devices as I understand) or should I leave it for a while?

Anybody have some experience.

I use VMIX on a laptop (i7 64 bit windows 7) with SSD and HDD and black magic intensity shuttle as input...
