Hi, I am getting jerky video from my Logitech C920 web cam. Has anyone ideas why this might be? I am using a video camera connected by a Magewell HDMI to USB3 adapter and this camera is perfect.
All the best Dave

Thanks for everyone who looked at this post but I have now sorted it by reinstalling the drivers for the camera. Not sure why they didn't work the first time but that is one of the mysteries of computers.

In reinstalling the driver you likely just reset something back to a default value. It would be good to find out what was actually going wrong in the first place.
vMix gives you the ability to set the encoding type over the USB, as well as resolution. If you had the encoding set to default and selected 1080p30 the frame rate would likely drop.
To achieve 1080p30+ you must use MJPEG or H.264 encoding due to the limited of the USB 2.0 bus.
