Where there are multiple networks available on a PC, the Web Controller defaults to the Primary network as defined by windows. It would be very useful to be able to select the network, perhaps by a populated drop down list, or by being able to manually override the default setting.

Though the IP that it gives you leads you to believe that it is bound to an ip and thus a specific subnet, the web host seems to accept all connection on that port regardless of originating subnet, try using the computer's IP for the specific network you wish to control it from and I believe it should work.

Have done that before lodging the FR. Unfortunately it does not work all the time. An example is set up vMix and web controller on wireless lan. All ok. Add a wired connection to another subnet. All ok. Close vMix. Open vMix. Restore profile. Web Controller will not connect on Wireless Ip address.
