Hello!
I have vMix 16, Win 7. I need to send video and audio to external output:
video must be sent via HDMI ouput of Blackmagic Intensity Pro card,
audio must be sent via sound card (Focusrite) .
How can I do that? When I choose "Intensity Pro 1" in the External Output settings, there is no Audio combobox...

No Audio selection box for External Output is needed when using the Intensity Pro, it is included automatically.

I need help on the external output so posting to this instead of starting new thread. I'm setting up the ChurchHD vmix in our sanctuary. Cameras are being captured on Blackmagic Decklink Quad (3 cameras). That leaves one channel that I can output on. We are projecting to sanctuary projectors using the HDMI out on Video Card (FullScreen) option.

I need to send a SD signal to a powered cable splitter which will send the video/audio (in same signal) to the various TV's in the building. This is my first time to need this function and I keep getting an error message when I select the 4th port of the Decklink Quad card. I have gone into the Blackmagic Decklink settings (control panel) and set the 4th port to convert output from HD>SD. I have tried various options and I continue to get an error message in vmix when I try to activate the External button.

Can anyone provide some guidance on what I might be doing wrong or more specifically what I need to do in order to output an SD signal (video+audio) to the cable splitter so I can feed to our CCTV system?

If I need do something completely different, then let me know. I just need to get it up and going asap.

All help will be appreciated!

I have an unused BM Intensity Shuttle if that would be better to use than the Decklink Quad port. But it would be nice if I can just use the output port of the Decklink Quad card.
