I can't add score via the API

Still working on my scoreboard controller and I tried to update the score via the webapi.
I send this to vmix http://192.168.1.6:8088/api/?Function=SetText&Input=1&SelectedIndex=15&Value=+=1
This ends up showing =1 in the scoreboard.
If I'm sending the command to subtract 1 from the score:
http://192.168.1.6:8088/api/?Function=SetText&Input=1&SelectedIndex=15&Value=-=1 it works fine and subtracts the score.
If I make a shortcut it works writing +=1 as value.
Is this a bug? Has anyone else experienced this? Am i doing something wrong?
