Hi everybody,
we are working on a very comprehensive scoreboard title set. We found out that the API functions for PauseCountdown and all that only worked for the very first text element in a title, but we wanted to have more timers in one title. So we hooked up different keyboard shortcuts and combined them (Play/Pause of gameclock plays/pauses penalty clocks as well). But now comes the trick:
Is there a way to trigger a keyboard shortcut through the API?
At the moment that seems to be the only way to deal with our problem, as we would have a external tool which is sending out API commands to handle all titles - but we really need to trigger these combinend keyboard shortcuts.
Any help is welcome,
Cheers
Jens

I asked this question during the first vMix live show. Martin mentioned that there is a function called "KeyPress" that will do this. As an example, say there is a shortcut on key "F22." The function call would look like http://(web server address)/API/?Function=KeyPress&Value=F22
While the function is not currently listed in the documentation, it should work. I hope this helps!
