My Church owns a Vmix HD (not basic HD I understand) license. I'm looking to download the latest updates, so i am looking into the items on this page: http://sites.fastspring.com/vmix/product/upgradeI'm trying to ensure I am choosing the right one. Is that the "vMix 4K Upgrade From HD $350.00"? A year's download access is $350? I have no use for 4k at the moment. Is there another HD option that will give us access to updates without costing so much? Regards.

@ Sola Are you upgrading or updating? Depending on which version you currently have and when it was purchased will determine if there is a fee to update to the latest version (vMix 16). http://www.vmix.com/software/If you are 'upgrading' to a higher edition of vMix with additional features, typically, you pay the difference in price from what you paid and the edition you are buying, and get the latest version of that edition. http://www.vmix.com/purchase/The page you reference appears to list the 'update' fee as the first 'upgrade' option from what I can tell (new version, same edition). Hope that helps some. Ice

Thank you for your time. I really needed to have a conversation with someone about this. We obtained our license about a couple of years ago, I believe, and it updated for quite a while, but that has stopped since version 11.0.0.something. (Sorry, I'm away from the church system right now. Aha, now this clarifies everything. That first option indeed appears to be my path. I knew I was reading that page incorrectly. Again, I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. Regards.
