VMix GetSet Window Position Utility (attached) and available at: VMixWindowPosition.zipI have attached a zip file containing two versions of the VMixGetSetWindowPosition utility, complete with example batch files to call it, compiled binaries, and source code. It's a simple utility that can be used to restore the positions of the VMix main and audio windows. It's kinda hard to believe that here we are at version 16, and the software still does not remember it's window position. I cant help but to think the number of man hours wasted, as VMix customers arrange the desktop on each invocation of vMix. For me, every keystoke and mouse clicks are a painful process. It's really not hard to remember and restore a window... a quick registry, ini, or xml read and write operation and a call to MoveWindow(); VMix is a very fine product, no doubt about that. So here is a little contribution. Now if I could just find the time to decypher the desktop capture app, I might port it to Linux! Little help on that Martin??? Thanks, Joe File Attachment(s): VMixWindowPosition.zip (172kb) downloaded 11 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.
