What are the best settings to record with for editing in Adobe Premiere Pro v7?

I tried to record and the attached is what I see in Premiere.

Thank You,
~Donavon

@ djlerman

I have found AVI files to work best for me with Premiere Pro CS5.
I have had good success with the GoPro-CineForm Codec (x64) v7.6.2

You may have to test the various options available to you to find what best works for you in your situation as AVI files can get pretty large, I just find that older versions of Premiere Pro are not so good with 'newer' codecs.
