Hello all,

I would like to use camera attached to teradek cube and stream from cube wirelessly to vMix. Audio input will come to vmix from different source.

From cube I will get video feed with small delay, so in vMix I will set audio delay to match timing of audio and video.

Does somebody know if the video delay coming from cube is stable? For example, if delay will be 10 rames per second, will be this delay all the time same?

Because if not, I don't know how to setup audio delay to match unstable video delay.

Thank you in advance.

On my testing setup I get 7 frames delay consistently from the cube compared to a camera coming in through a capture card.

and did you change distance during the testing, for example 100-200 feet? How far you were from remote computer? Thank you.

As it is wireless to an access point then Ethernet to the computer the distance to the computer is immaterial. I was able to go about 100 feet away from a domestic access point which was inside my house before signal dropout. Latency was not affected.

Hi
Make sure you put the cube into low-latency mode.
Cheers
