1080P 24P no image on Vmix at all, can you help me please????

Hi I have several sony Cameras going to my Atem switcher. I have excellent video on the switcher, how ever with that resolution on the cameras my Vmix wont show any video on the screen after selecting the actual capture cards I have installed on the streaming PC. I have a Decklink mini recorder HD Captured card, have the cameras with image on the Atem switcher, coming from the camera, the settings at 1080P 24P, have image on the recorder H264 (MediaExpress) but when I put the settings on Vmix it looks like it accepted the settings but I get no image, instead I get a black screen. Can any one help me please? vMix 16

Does it work when you disconnect the ATEM?

Could you please be certain that the capture card is showing in device manager and is properly working with other camera software like adobe flash live encoder or OBS?

After re-reading you first post, I am confused about the setup Are the capture cards installed in your PC? And cameras connected to the cards? Where does the ATEM come in?

Try what TVIason and sinc747 have suggested. If you plug a camera directly into your DeckLink Mini and it works then it is an ATEM problem. How long of a cable are you using between the Black Magic ATEM and the DeckLink Mini? If the cable is HDMI and over 10' that may be the problem.
