Windows 10 1394 Lagecy support failure

I upgraded my Windows/7 Pro system to Windows 10 Pro. No errors or problem during upgrade.
10GB Memory, 4 core
1 TB Disk
Geforce GTX 650 graphics card (Using all three video outputs to feed second monitor and internal HDMI video network)
vMix 16.0.0.78
Multiport 1394 card with (2) Panasonic DVG15 attached
HP P6610f
Everything seemed to be working great with the exception of Win/10 sees my camera as Panasonic A/V devices - No Video
When I select set 1394 driver to legacy Win/10 does not hold command. we use the cameras for capturing directly into vMix with great quality. I'm going to have to return to Win/7 because we need the production system to function,.

Well, Its been about 30-days since I was on the forum. I have a good news update regarding MS Windows/10 1394 Legacy drivers. After beating my system I got the thing to work having to do the following:
1. I downloaded from Microsoft the 1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller (Legacy) 64-bit driver for Windows/8.1
2. Install the download. Next, disconnect any Cameras from the firewire port. Doesn't matter which end.
3. Go to Device Manager in Windows/10 and find the 1394 devices. Expand for your host controller and select Legacy.
4. Select Update Driver but "Browse My Computer for driver software"
5. Select "have disk", and browse for This Computer/C-Drive/Program Files x86/1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller (Legacy). Select your processor type "x64 or x32"
6. Select the Legacy 1394 driver that will appear
7. Re-connect camera to Firewire and power-up. (I use a number of tools for capture. If you have one on the system select it to test that video is being displayed.) Once you are successful, vMix works just fine.
Back in the drivers seat using vMix.

I never had to adjust the 1394 drivers when I updated to Win/10 from Win/7, and I have not had an issue.
As I look into it, the 'Driver Version' is "10.0.10240.16384" and does not allow to "Roll Back Driver".
I do remember having to reset the drivers to "legacy" in Win/7, but it has not been an issue in Win/10.
Do you use your cameras with any other programs?
If so, do they work there?
What about in VCR mode?
(Note, I have never had reliable success connecting two similar (same brand) cameras on the same MultiPort 1394 card, it cannot seem to differentiate between the two cameras after a bit).

Ice Ice, Generally when I physically connect 1394 to one of the 3 ports n the multi card, Win/7 enables the first camera as DV1. When I connect the second it is enabled as DV2. I'm able to switch just great with vMix starting with version 12. We don't see any performance concerns. I do use Movie Edit Pro and sometimes need to use VCR mode of camera for digitizing. Works great in Win/7. Windows/10 see the cameras not as 1394 devices but as Panasonic DV. You would think that would work. Unfortunately, the connection is confirmed but no functions (i.e. Video, FF/ Rew) This may also be the problem because I try to force the Panasonic drives to 1394 legacy but Windows/10 won't maintain selection even with a reboot. I am doing some research. There is lots of noise on the Microsoft Threads from professional Videographers needing 1394 support.
