Great !!! ffmpeg NVENC accelerated encoding with out heating CPU.

But still there are some restriction about latency issue..

still there..... minimum buffer time is 5 sec

Can user use less buffer time like 2sec or 1sec ???

Can you show me ffmpeg command string which really used on background command line.....????
