If an image is added to, or removed from, a Photos Input one has to manually update it (coq wheel Change) to make the Input reflect the change. If it was automatically updated that would of course be easier for us.
Perhaps this, if implemented, for backwards compability reasons should be controlled by a Setting (for each individual Photos Input), eg "Autoupdate Photos".

Somewhat related to "Dynamic" updates which, once again, doesn't seem to work for me for some reason in vMix 16.0.0.78 and Win 10, despite having worked after robust update in vMix 15.
