I have an old Newtek VT card, still working. Can I use that for my capture card? We are not using it anymore and it did a good job at capturing the video. I do not like the VT[5] program. The VMix is a whole lot more user friendly.

Have you tried it?
To the best of my knowledge, Newtek uses conventional capture hardware.
