when i set the audio to seperate mono this setting is not saved with the preset. so when you start vmix again with the preset you have to set the audio again.

not critical but would be nice to be able to save a project completely.

I can confirm the separate audio is being restored correctly in the latest vMix release.
Can you confirm if you are using 16.0.0.78?
(If I recall correctly if there was a bug it was fixed back in vMix 14)
