In a recent "check" and "re-setting" of "Shortcuts", it became tedious to constantly drill down through multiple mouse clicks to get to where I wanted to go.

AFAIK, there are no shortcuts to OPEN specific windows in "Settings"
[in my case the 'Shortcuts' window but I can see an advantage to having the option to open ANY "Settings" window with the press of a key]

So my Feature request is to add additional "Shortcuts" commands to OPEN a desired settings window by either key press or API.
