I really enjoy the list function and use it as a primary tool in vMix for my internet stations.

I'd like to see the ability for the Title Editor/Tool to automatically read the file name of the list file being played and display that in a static or moving title for a specified amount of time. An option to title up the video file to be played NEXT would be a nice touch also.

Thank YOU for Your Support!

I wrote a powershell script to do almost exactly that. This was before VMix had it's own scripting functions. It lends itself to be re-written in native VMix script now that is an option.

I'll attache it as a Zip file to this post, feel free to enhance it or report back if it doesn't work for you.

It doesn't hide after a certain amount of time, but wouldn't be too hard to add that. I wanted the title to display all the time.
File Attachment(s):
vmix-playlist-mon.zip (3kb) downloaded 14 time(s).

By supplying a script, not saying it should not be added as a feature. Just giving you a way to do it right now. Clearly I found a need for almost the same thing which is why I made a script.
