Hi,

we're having a problem with VMix Social and the facebook component. We try to fetch the posts from a Facebook Group page. I set the interface to URL and paste the facebook group URL inside the box. Something like:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/12021461302/

But it doesn't work. After I click OK VMix social doesn't download a single post from that page. What is the key to make this work?

vMix Social only supports individual posts that are on a publically accessible page.
Select the Post option in the vMix Social Facebook settings then type in the page name
and click Find Posts.
Select a post on the list and vMix Social will download the comments.
