Hello. I´m trying to add an input to vMix but I get no picture. I also tried in Blackmagic Media Express and no luck there either.

My settings are 1080i50 both in the camera HDMI output settings and in the vMix input. I get no picture.

Please help! I have a wedding to shoot in a week.

It is paramount that you get the card to work in Media Express when trouble shooting.
If the card doesn't work there, it's likely 'pooched'.
What are your settings for the card in the Blackmagic "Control Panel"?
(Start Menu/Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Blackmagic Design Contol Panel)

I also have an intensity pro 4k and it´s working with that card but only in 1080p50 and not 1080i50. The camera only supports 50i so I dont really get it. Still does not work with the intensity pro.
The settings are 1080i50, no conversions or so.

For the intensinty pro 4k I can choose 1080i and 1080p in blackmagic panel, both are working as long as I choose 50p in vMix.

Is this normal?

Now eveything is working as it should. In the menu settings for the Sony camcorder I simply switched the HDMI out signal to 1080i. I can also switch to 1080p and then add 1080p input in vMix and that works aswell.

The camcorder is not recording in 50p but if I got this right it can send signals in various signals.
