I have a rookie question. We will be broadcasting mostly 720p mp4's and infrequent desktop captures (browser windows and AirServer window). The displays are all 1080p. Should the vMix output size be set to 1080, where vMix will almost always be scaling 720p to 1080p? Or should vMix be set to 720 and let the the displays do the scaling? Thanks in advance.

I would let the displays do the scaling. It frees up the CPU/GPU for the rest of your processing needs.
