Is there any easy way to replace the current color bars that are displayed before an External feed is started?

I would like to add something like "stand by" or perhaps change to a logo graphic.
I didn't see a jpg or png file lurking around, perhaps it's bundled in a resource file.

Is there any configuration for this?
