Hello @ alll,

I use .m4v Videofiles made by an Apple Videoeditor. These files contains chapter markers.
With Quicktime player, VLC,.. I can jump forward to next chapter and to previous chapter. Or in a list I can choose directly a chapter.

Is this in VMIX possible, too?

AFAIK, the answer is NO.
Only start and stop of playback, but you should make a formal feature request if it is something that would be useful to you.
