hi,

is there any possibility to implement a virtual audio output device, like vmix virtual capture but only audio (to use it in Adobe flash media live encoder or another)?

in Adobe flash media live encoder i can use vmix virtual capture and my realtek input line... its running ok... but if i use a hdv camera i have an image delay in real-time.

in vmix recording option we can chose audio delay in miliseconds, so the idea is, using the same system, implement a setting that is possible select audio input in virtual audio output device and choose how much delay i need to syncronize audio and video in adobe flash media live encoder.

regards,

melody

ps: if you can implement this feature, try to add an audio volume control and some volume input bars. thanks in advance for your attention.

Happened to me too. Being able to select a custom audio delay for FME would be great!

Hi,

I've done some brief testing and it looks like I can just set a negative delay on the vMix Virtual Capture instead.
The testing I have done in FME has correctly delayed the audio, I will conduct some further testing to see if it works with other applications too...

We'll see if I can fit this into the v8 release.

Regards,

Martin
