Hello,
i was trying to record stream from my blackmagic. every time i start recording, after few seconds "recording audio meter" don't show anything and video file don't have any audio. If i select vMix virtual audio capture audio works fine, but it has no option to record 48kHz sampling rate (just 44,1). So i have to use Blackmagic. I tried with DeckLink Studio, Shuttle and Extreme cards... still no audio.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi,
Is the blackmagic audio also added into vMix with the capture input? Audio devices generally can only be used for one thing at a time which is what the virtual audio capture was designed to work around.
I can look at adding 48khz to the virtual audio capture if that will help.
Regards,

Hello,
blackmagic audio is added in capture input and it works fine, but when i hit start (record) button, the audio meter is stil showing that vmix gets some audio signal and after few seconds audio meter shows no signal. Video clip that i recorded has no audio at all, not even in the beginnig.
probably is problem as you mentioned, that blackmagic can't capture and record at the same time. it will be great, if new version will support recording with virtual audio capture at 48kHz sampling rate.
Thanks and sorry for my english :)
Regards
