How to separate two different audio inputs into either two different files or multichannel audio

Hello and thank you for vMix!
I have audio and video coming from a capture card (ADVC110), as well as 1 additional audio input coming from a microphone (Blue Snowball).
I need the two different audio inputs to either record on different tracks/channels of the same file, or to record into two separate files so I can mix the audio after recording. Currently, it's recording both audio inputs into a single audio channel and that isn't going to work for my purposes.
How do I separate the audio? There has to be a way... This is the last thing I need and then vMix will perfectly achieve what I'm trying to do.
Thank you!
