We keep getting error D3DStartup.D3D_NEW_EXE_ACCESSDENIED: Access is denied (-2147024891)

Prior to upgrading we had Zero problems and we are using vMix to handle a feed Christian programming to Africa alongside vScheduler.

We had to take it offline due to constant crashed and right now we are broadcasting the main networks logo till this can be resolved as well and reverted back to vMix 14 which the only issue we had was no Audio on stream which I think we found that problem.
