When i'm using vmix for skype there is a delay from the video processing of about 0.3 seconds, which when skype or other streaming prog like google hangouts is using the mic directly leads to out of sync audio and visuals.

I fix this i'm using a delay effects pedal between the mic and the audio input and dialing in a 0.3 sec delay thus eliminating the sync problems.

Does any one know of a software audio delay that could be used in place of the hardware one what would work with skype, google hangouts etc.
