I installed a simple livestreaming machine for a client in his art gallery:

It's running 24/7, currently on a trial version of vmix. Since three weeks vmix had no problems streaming 24/7 at 3 mbit. The only problems we faced were internet related (dsl modem changing ip every 96 hours).

With his website http://artdependence.com/ the client wants to expand these livestreams to musea and art galleries all over the world. The challenge is to create a vmix box that is able to run stable for long periods (3 months - 1 year). We will buy a basic HD version for the machines if vmix runs stable for 2 months :)

Using YouTubeLive is probably not the best choice for an international audience. It's not viewable in Germany, just for information.

I've been looking for alternatives, but couldn't find any free ones except for dailymotion. Any suggestions?
