I bought declink quad

and use program VMIX but the image quality is not HD .The image is only SD

Hi,

It looks like you are using a version of vMix from 2012, please install the latest version from our web site.
Note also you are using the Free basic version which only supports SD, you can see what each edition supports on the purchase page below:
