I've been looking into doing a side project where I do game streaming to Twitch. I've tried doing the desktop capture but does not work.
I'm looking to capture Counter Strike Global Offensive game play. OBS can do it but I really like the controls and interface of vmix.

DXtory creates Virtual Webcams from DirectX Applications, might give it a go? I don't think it captures raw desktop though. You could also invest in a capture card like the new Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro 4K (does 1080p60) and also decrease computer load. Cheers, Håvard

Cheers, Håvard Well the game I want to capture is a PC game so wouldn't make much sense to send my monitor output into my capture card. OBS has an option to capture the game, but I like VMIX's features better, just not sure how to get this working.

I too do game-streaming, and capture cards is my preferred way of doing so (eSports Tournaments mostly). If not, DXtory or even xSplit Virtual Camera can be inputted into vMix as I said earlier, have you tried it out? Håvard
