On a windows 8.1 box, after three or four minutes the output stops from the intensity shuttle hdmi output. Vmix64 bit continues to run fine. I'm using the trial right now.

I'd suggest that you try different USB 3.0 drivers for your computer as well as other versions of Blackmagic's Media Express driver, try some and report back, will you? :) Cheers, Håvard

No luck trying older BM software/drivers or changing the UDB drivers on this Lenovo box. I've read that a lot of people have problems with Blackmagic stuff. Does anyone have an Intensity Shuttle usb3 that works with vMix?

Does anyone have an Intensity Shuttle usb3 that works with vMix? I too have a intensity shuttle that with one specific pc freezes after a while of in- or outputting, which does not happen on my desktop computer with Asmedia USB 3.0 chip (laptop has intel). The same goes for other USB 3.0 capture cards like AVerMedia Extremecap U3 so it is not a blackmagic specific issue (I own both). I would totally recommend you to switch interface to a pci express based connection like thunderbolt or expresscard34 (blackmagic mini recorder or matrox mxo2, blackmagic mini monitor for external output) or if you are looking for output only, an graphics adapter over these interfaces. Cheers, Håvard
