Hello All,

To provide a change of perspective, I'd like to be able to bring the zoom in and back while recording on a single camera. Let's say I have my furthest intended zoom dialed in on the position adjust at 1 (both X and Y). Then I'd like to be able to kick it to 1.4 on the fly.

I've tried hitting the record button while the Camera Input control is up but it automatically turns off when the camera starts rolling. Is there a hot key or command that the person working the computer can use to pull the zoom in and out using vMix while recording?

Thanks, Skip

Try this setup.

Open vmix and add input then goto virtual sets and add the blank virtual set, then go back to add input and add your camera, then goto setup on the blank virtual set and goto layer 1 and add your camera, then click on camera box on the blank virtual set then you can click on the 4 boxes to zoom in and out.

Interesting

After I figured out how to preset the screens for the level of zoom I got rid of the nostril-cam! Works great, thanks, sh
