Hello,
I have a problem with my new Vmix system.
Configuration:
Vmix 4K -- 15.0.0.73 x64
Motherboard Asus Z97-WS
CPU Intel 4790K 4GHz
RAM: 16 GByte
Graphic: HD 4600 (CPU internal graphic unit)
SSD -Harddrive
Windows 7 64 Bit (latest updates)
1 DeckLink Mini-Monitor
2 DeckLink Mini Recorder
1 DeckLink Studio 4K
I want to make a long time test to see if there are some problems occurs.
Testcofiguration:
Vmix:
Outputresolution 1280 x 720 50p
1 Camera Input: DeckLink Mini-Monitor HDMI 1280 x 720 50p (In Blackmagic Design Control Panel is just set only to HDMI input, all other setting of Mini Recorder are stay on default settings)
1 Video file input: Videofile wildlife.wmf (example video file from Windows 7)
Output: External is set to DeckLink Mini-Monitor
The SDI output of DeckLink Mini-Monitor is connected to a video processor RGBLink VSP198S and from there to a monitor screen.
Laptop HP Elitebook 8540p (Windows 7) with output 1280 x 720 50p (secondary screen)
connected on HDMI input of one DeckLink Mini-Recorder
On the Laptop is the videofile wildlife.wmf (example video file from Windows 7) endless running.
In Vmix the Camera Input is just loop thru to the external output.
In this configuration all works correct in the beginning.
After half hour, sometimes one hour or more, running the camera pre view and also the output shows suddenly wrong colors like the picture I attached this post. It is still a moving picture but in completely wrong colors and strong pixeled and it stay in this way.
If I close the input and reopen it or I change the setting of the camera input in Vmix the video will show correct again. If the video seems correct work, sometimes I watch mostly in the middle of the picture a small horizontal stripe where the geometry is a little drifted. This is going and coming.
Two times also the video output is freeze completeley and shows only a monochrome red colored picture.
The statistic of Vmix don't show any source or renderer drops.
I already test both DeckLink Mini-Recorder, but the same problem. With the Vmix and Vmix x64 the same problem.
My next step is to let only 1 DeckLink Mini-Recorder in the computer und test this configuration.
I hope my information are enough to understand and solve the problem.
Thanks
Alexander
