Please help

i install vmixtrial 60 day

add file picture it Ok

but cann't play file video and cpu over 75%

Not being ugly but you need to post alot more info to get some help with that. File type, size, computer info, etc, I would dare say vMix is not the issue here but alot more info will be needed if you want some help.
