I am running the vMix software and the Fullscreen view keeps freezing after about an hour of usage forcing me to restart the application. Is there any way to fix the freezing issue?

I am running the current version of vMix and have a couple of BlackMagic Design Decklink Mini Recorder capture cards running. The external output is active and is being passed to another application to do some other processing.

Could you provide the full system specs of your computer
including exact vMix version, graphics card, cpu and Windows version.

Also how is the display setup with fullscreen, two displays? If so how are they connected?

I am running vMix 15.0.0.68.

The system is running an nVidia GeForce GTX 970, and a Intel Core i7-5820k processor. It is running on Windows 7.

The displays are all HDMI displays. There are currently four connected using a combination of the HDMI out, DVI outs with HDMI adapters, and a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter.

Also had this happen using my laptop and an external screen connected to the HDMI output.

ASUS G750
32 Gb RAM
Windows 8.1 Pro with Mdia Center
Intel HD Graphics 4600
NVIDIA GeForce GX 880M

Fullscreen output to external monitor would freeze after some time (varies). Does not affect display in any other way i.e. continues functioning normally.

Turning the Fullscreen back on still frozen. Rstarting vMix also does not help. Only system restart.

Work around is to intermittently turn off Fullscreen and then back on.
